Is the booking completely private?

Yes — completely. You and your guest(s) are the only people on the premises for your entire stay. No staff on-site, no shared spaces, no other guests. The apartment is discreetly located and there is nothing on the outside of the building to indicate what’s inside.

 

What equipment is included in the dungeon?

The dungeon includes a St. Andrew’s Cross, sex swing, spanking bench, restraint points, and an extensive selection of impact toys including paddles, floggers, crops, and canes. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every booking.

Please note that we do not supply anything in which you would use internally. Those items are BYO.

 

Can I bring my own toys and equipment?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own toys, restraints, outfits, or any personal equipment. We only ask that you follow our house rules and treat the space with respect.

 

How do I book?

Use the enquiry form on our Contact page or book directly through our Airbnb listing. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred dates.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be available — contact us to enquire.

Our standard booking is one night. Discounts apply for 2-night stays — $50 off your total booking.
